Arbitrator
Maarten Draye has acted as arbitrator since 2011, with experience as president of the tribunal, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and emergency arbitrator.
He has been appointed under the ICC, CEPANI, NAI and Hamburg Chamber of Commerce rules, at seats including Paris, Hamburg, Hannover, Amsterdam and Brussels, applying Belgian, Dutch, French, German, Swiss and US law. He works in English, Dutch and French, with a working knowledge of German.
His independent practice allows him to accept appointments across a wide range of industries, jurisdictions and party configurations.
